  • Can I try Raygun before I buy it?

    Absolutely! Everyone can try Raygun. It’s completely free for 30 days, no credit card required.

  • Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

    Absolutely! You can change your account up and down whenever you want.

  • What if I want to cancel my service?

    Not a problem. If you decide that Raygun isn't for you simply get in touch with us before your next billing period.

  • What happens if I exceed my plan limit?

    As you approach your error limit we will email you to opt to upgrade or to cap the processing at the current plan level. If electing to cap, processing will resume at the beginning of the next billing period.

  • Does it take much to integrate Raygun with my software?

    Not at all. The simple setup which captures unhandled errors can be integrated within a couple of minutes.

  • What sales taxes are applied?

    Sales tax is applied to New Zealand customers in the form of GST (15%) as Mindscape is a New Zealand based business.

  • Can I pay annually?

    Yes, we encourage you to choose an annual plan to make the most of our 10% discount on yearly plans.

  • Can I be invoiced for my plan?

    If you are on our Enterprise plan we can invoice you for payments if you need us to.

  • What does your support include?

    Our friendly team aims to respond to all support request as soon as possible and we also offer personal phone support for Enterprise plans.

  • What does the Enterprise plan include?
