Can't remove user account which has created subscription

Hi, Delete button is missing for the user who has left the company and has created the subscription originally. How can we remove this user?

Thanks for reaching out! As they were the user who created the subscription, you will need to reach out to our team at support@raygun.com so that we can remove this user on your behalf.

When contacting our support team, please let us know the email address of the user who needs to be removed and who the new primary plan owner will be for your subscription moving forward.
